We are hiring “Female Floor Manager” in ladies Department with the following Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To help achieve the smooth co-ordination of all Team members within the Fitness Dept.
- The role will require the individual to assist the Fitness Manager in all aspects associated with the general day to day activities performed by the Fitness team.
- To assist The FM in the daily Personal Training Systems and all Daily Operational Tracking documents.
- Ensure all relevant KPI’s and MPC ‘s and Daily Targets are achieved & Monitored.
- To ensure that all Gold’s Gym Documentation and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.
- To deliver ongoing Customer Care training and performance Coaching and feedback to all members of the fitness team (FI’s) on a one on one basis
- To ensure the Standard Gold’s Gym Rules and regulations are adhered to reference, floor shifts, Pt quotas, WOW slots, Etc.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- minimum Certified Level 4 CREPS PT or currently working towards (enrolled)
- First Aid Certified
- ensure the completion of all required training competencies provided by Gold's Gym
- Have 2 years and more in same field
- graduates with qualifications in sports science, or health management, physiology, life sciences, business or management. A relevant postgraduate qualification
- Ability to work in shifts.
