Operations supervisor - our new branch in Karak:

OTS is looking for an experienced and motivated operations supervisor to join our logistics team. As an operations supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific warehouse/hub.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping orders
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
Supervise, coach and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and resolving issues.
Enforce safety and quality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, efficiency, quality
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

OTS is looking for a customer experience manager to lead the customer service team and ensure that OTS provides exceptional service to clients. As a customer care manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and developing and implementing strategies 
to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage and supervise the customer service team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
Train and coach new and existing customer service staff on best practices, product knowledge and company standards.
