The King Hussein Foundation/ Institute For Family Health is looking to recruit a Procurement Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract):
Job Purpose:
Under the overall supervision of the procurement Section Head, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the procurement activities in accordance with institute procedures and assist in all duties in procurement department.
Major Responsibilities:
- Receive purchase request and ensure that purchase request is completed with all required data and necessary approval
- Determine the way of purchasing in cooperate with the procurement’s specialist .
- Preparing and following up price offers.
- Directly preparing and following up for purchase request and vendors .
- Complete , follow up invoices ,records them and send them with all their attachment to the finance department .
- Carry out any other tasks and obligations assigned to you by your line manager that fit within your area of expertise.
Major Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Banking or any related Field.
- (1-2) years minimum experience in Procurement.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and following up .
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS word, Excel, etc.).
- Skill in electronic data processing systems and ERP.
- Good awareness of preparation reports.
- Excellent analytical skills
Language Requirements:
- Good English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).

Job Purpose:
Examine the case using special hearing testing devices, determine the level of hearing and the extent to which hearing aids are required, write case reports, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
Major Responsibilities:
- Examination of patients with hearing difficulties by special devices
- Determine the patient's hearing level and the extent to which hearing aids are required.
- Identify the type and power of hearing aids.
- Provide the Instruction on how to use hearing aids, install, remove, change, and maintain batteries
- Submit technical hearing therapy reports to the direct supervisor.
- Maintenance of work-related devices, hearing aids, and sound isolation room
- Using and developing occupational safety and health tools and methods
- Create the audio diagrams required for references.
- Submit periodic reports to the direct manager and discuss them in meetings on a regular basis.
- Participation in administrative meetings, courses, and continuing education.
- Carry out any other tasks and responsibilities assigned to by direct manager that fall within your area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology.
- (2-3) years minimum experience.
- Having the license to practice the profession of Audiology from Jordanian Ministry of Health.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good awareness of preparation reports either in English or Arabic.
- Good Knowledge of the use and operation of medical equipment in one's field of specialization
- CPR course (knowledge of first aid procedures)
- Good computer skills ( Ms Office) specially Excel.
- Good communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (both oral and written).
