Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts
Manage and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources /Business or related field
Proven experience as an HR professional, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
