Job Opportunity for Accountant with 3 Years of Experience:
We are currently in search of an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze and organize financial data, as well as prepare a variety of financial reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
Proficiency in utilizing various accounting software (Odoo is a strong plus).
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day voucher entry and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses on a daily basis.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collection.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Contribute to financial risk management by identifying and addressing potential areas of concern.Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.Provide support in various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.
