Noor Al Hussein Foundation is seeking a qualified candidate to fill in the position of a “Project Officer”.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the project plan to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are well-defined and achievable.
- Oversee the implementation of the project.
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for the project.
- Participate in meetings, project site visits and workshops.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, documentation, and other deliverables for all stakeholders as requested.
- Develop communication and advocacy strategies to raise awareness of the project and its impact.
- Ensure that the project complies with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards, including those of the donor, host country governments, and other stakeholders.
Required Background, Knowledge & Skills:
BA degree in Business Administration, Development Studies or any related fields.
- 5 years’ minimum experience in implementing development projects.
- English proficiency (written/verbal).
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Financial analysis and budgeting.
Advanced computer skills
- Excellent team player with proven leadership of diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
