• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
• Train computer users.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages or IT Ticketing for users seeking help.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers.
• Install and Configure Network parts.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Install and configure computer peripherals for users.
• Preparing documents and reports related to IT department.
• Install all company cameras and fix any error on them ,to make sure that all cameras working properly.
• Follow up with external source the phone PBX and extensions and preparing reports.
• Follow up with external source the photo copiers and configure computers to use it.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft SQL (Queries, tables, views, procedures, and triggers)
• Perform any other tasks ordered from line manager and within the scope of business.
Maximum 2 years of experience
