تعلن جمعية الهلال الأحمر الأردني بالشراكة مع الاتحاد الدولي للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر عن فتح باب التقديم لمتطوعي ومتطوعات الجمعية للدورة الثانية لشغل موقع "متدرب - Intern" بمكتب الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر بالأردن وذلك في مجال الصحة.
تستمر مدة البرنامج التدريبي ثلاثة شهور قابلة للتمديد وفقاً للأداء، بواقع ثلاثة أيام أسبوعياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات ومعايير الاختيار:

على من يرغب من المتطوعين والمتطوعات في التقدم للبرنامج التدريبي يرجى تقديم السيرة الذاتية إلى الايميل خلال مدة أقصاها أسبوع من تاريخ هذا الإعلان، ولن يمكن قبول أي طلبات ترشح بعد المدة المحددة. وسيتم اختيار المرشحين بناءً على الكفاءة ونتيجة المقابلة الشخصية.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contribute, support, and learn from the IFRC work in Jordan.
• Get acquainted with technical Health/ WASH/ Climate portfolios and link them with the national needs.
• Connect climate change impacts with technical areas like health and WASH.
• Develop climate change/ Health narrative for Jordan and impact on humanitarian work.
• Generate ideas for potential projects, support and learn proposals and projects development.
• Working with the IFRC country delegation team on reporting & monitoring tasks including minutes taking during meetings/teleconferences.
• Support IFRC country delegation in logistic/admin and technical planning, preparations, implementation and reporting of workshops and events.
• Liaise with JNRCS whenever applicable ensuring effective working relationships as necessary.
• Support the team day-to-day tasks
• Support the processing of translation and proof-reading tasks of technical materials.
• Support the IFRC delegation and JNRCS in preparing specific thematic research/discussion papers.
• Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager
Selection Requirements:
Candidates should be active volunteers and nominated by the NS.
Education:
University Degree preferably in a technical field related to health/ WASH/ climate
Completion of the learning platform courses on general and thematic topics (at least 3 courses)
Experience:
• Being active at JNRCS as a volunteer and engaged in the NS activities
• Oriented of the Red Cross and Red Crescent principles and values
• Aware of IFRC activities in the country
• Basic experience in writing papers and development of data collection and desk reviews
Knowledge and Skills
• Understanding of the humanitarian context
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse cultural context
• Report-writing skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Languages
• Fluently spoken and written Arabic & English Competencies
