Human resources manager is required for Industrial company in Jordan with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in human resources role
• Menaitech and ERP experience required.
• Must be well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines – compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, Performance evaluation, KPIs and contracts management.
• The ability to follow up the health insurance employee file and get the best offers from insurance companies.
• Knowledge of Jordan's operating environment, especially labor law & social security, Income tax ability to interpret local labor laws, and previous experience interacting with labor counsel preferred.
• The ability to follow up all the contracts and agreements, on matters such as employee transportation, warehouse security, hygiene, secret detector, and any other related contracts.
• Corporate with other departments to ensure that the company’s policies, procedures, and instructions are understood and applied & Prepare the required reports for the department.
• Detail-oriented, proven organizational and coordination skills, Demonstrated application of problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English required (strong oral and written communication skills) Good knowledge of Human Resource management concepts, best practices, theories.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong problem solving and conciliatory skills.
