Responsibilities:
Collect and collate all relevant information related to the assigned reported occurrence
Conduct and record involved staff interviews
Analyze company procedures and maintenance data (if applicable) related to the occurrence
Perform & participate in root cause analysis to identify causal and contributing factors
Communicating with customers and providing them with all updates
Propose corrective and preventative actions
Perform safety risk assessments
Present the investigation findings and conclusion in the technical occurrence final report in a clear and concise manner
Process the assigned TOR’s within the defined timeframes
Carry out and participate in corporate communications and networking with the business, which articulate and support the mission of Joramco safety and quality systems to assure delivery of safe, reliable, and competitive MRO services through involving all stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of Joramco products and services, and promote for an error –free maintenance environment
Adhere to safety reporting process (identify & report hazards, report any injury / accidents)
Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his / her specialization as assigned by the direct manager
Adhere to company and department approved system, policies, and procedures while performing his/her duties
Monitor any observed investigations addressed using standard root cause analysis tools to drive corrective actions
Collect, analyze, and summarize safety-related information and trends to prepare reports and updating Q-pulse
Participate in safety performance measurement and produce process measurements and statistical analysis
Follow up with the respective manager of the department regarding the performance of any assigned function or task
Review and recommend improvements in the work procedures and Safety and Quality manuals and coordinate with other related sections for any revisions and updates
Requirements:
Holder of B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License
Completed a minimum of one aircraft type rating course
A maximum of 5 years of experience as a B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License holder
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License holder with a type rating
Knowledge & understanding of Part-145 & Part M, specifically relating to Safety & Quality Assurance
Knowledge & understanding of auditing & surveillance procedures and techniques
Detailed Knowledge & Competence referencing aircraft maintenance manuals
Knowledge & understanding of safety and quality policies
Knowledge & competence using Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge & competence using EmpowerMX ERP, AirVault, AirNavX, and MyBoeingFleet Systems
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multitasks under various systems and standards' functionalities
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present safety and quality data
Ability to efficiently use safety and quality tools and software
Ability to write concise and precise technical reports
