We are looking to hire an “Associate Technical Support Specialist" with the below responsibilities and capabilities:
• Responsible for end user’s IT devices, such as PC’s, Printers, and related equipment.
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Good level knowledge with network support tools, fundamentals, and technology.
Requested qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science or any other related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in the same field
• Very good Command in English Language.
• Very good communication skills.
