Marketing Supervisor

Job Schedule: Full Time
• Job Responsibilities:
• Developing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives
• Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed
• Managing the company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates with vendors, and selecting appropriate media channels
• Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance
• Maintaining relationships with vendors in order to secure discounts and special offers
• Creating marketing campaigns using print materials such as brochures, catalogs, and flyers as well as digital formats such as email blasts and social media posts & Managing & Monitoring social media campaigns.
• Developing budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
• Job Requirements:
• BSc in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing
• 5+ years' experience in a similar job.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing marketing budgets.
• Proven experience as a marketing Specialist preferably Automotive experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skill.
• Experience in using Google Analytics, social media boosting, SEO, and SEM
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
Job Skills:
• Teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
• Agility.
• Results Orientation
