Customer service & Communication coordinator
Job Description
* Communicating with potential customers and explaining all services in a convincing manner
* Scheduling a meeting with the client to understand their needs and connect them with the work team
* Ensuring that the service is provided to the client with the best quality and on schedule.
* Following up with customer interactions, suggestions, and notes, and preparing regularly reports on them.
* Conducting customer satisfaction surveys or doing so by phone and recording the results in periodic reports.
* Assisting the work team in searching for suitable content for social media platforms.
* Conducting telemarketing and email marketing according to a previously set schedule.
* Receiving customer complaints and working to find solutions in collaboration with the work team.
* Providing proposals for improving and updating work tools as needed
Qualifications:
- (1-2) years in telemarketing and customer service moderation
- Good knowledge in email marketing
- Speaking & writing in English.
- A creative thinker who’s passionate about online marketing, social media platforms, Trending Topics & ideas towards the work.
