Contact Center Operations Manager is needed to be hired with the below requirements :
- 6 to 10 years of experience in operations management.
- A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background in business or any related field.
- Experience in customer care contact centers.
- Knowledge of Operational issues, Client Management, Retention
- Set and track KPIs
- Worked in the E-commerce/ telecom field
- Bilingual (Arabic / English).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office advanced skills.
- Certified COPC is a plus
