A major industrial company is looking to fill a job vacancy (HR officer) within the job cadre according to the following requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or any related field
2 to 3 years of experience in human resource management

responsibilities
Follow up the attendance and departure system for all employees
Process annual and sick leave and leave for all employees
Excellent knowledge of employment law, social security law and income tax
Preparing monthly payroll and delivering monthly salaries
Maintain an updated CV database to facilitate future recruitment needs
Follow up the recruitment process, attract and hire all vacancies
Keep files and other information confidential
Coordination with all departments regarding HR related activities
Preferably those who have knowledge and work on the system (Mozon softwaer )
