* Minimum 8–10-year experience preferred.
* Minimum: BA in Business or any equivalent – MBA is a plus.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean processes.
* 2+ years project management experience.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of banking operations.
* Effective leadership skills.
* Strong Fintech knowledge especially in Contact Center solutions and latest trends.
