Senior Human Resources Officer
Job Summary
Works with the HR Manager, in implementing Organizational Development functions such as conducting job analysis and descriptions, creating departmental structures and monitoring employees’ performance.
Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Conduct, Review, and update Job Descriptions.
- Create and update detailed Organizational & Departmental Structures.
- Prepare monthly HR-Dash Board Report and analytics.
- Assist in developing and implementing overall employees’ Performance management systems.
- Implement and assist in calculating Manpower needs and initiatives.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar related field.
