8-10 years of experience in FMCG Companies
-Great communication skills
- Planning and directing team
- Hiring and training of new CDRs
-Setting sales quotas and goals
-Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
-Preparing sales budgets
-Excellent and fluent in English language is a must
