Job Description:

Manage the activities related to various corporate training programs for Joramco employees and determine training schedule based upon operational needs. Assess and identify individual or group training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training requirements.

Responsibilities: 

Oversight and administration of the corporate training Programs
Responsible for the promotion and practice of a safety culture amongst the team, and participates in quality improvements activities
Ensure that training programs developed satisfy and do not conflict with all regulatory requirements
Collects training requirements from different departments 
Monitor training requirements of each department and assist the head of training academy with the annual training budget development 
Develop, revise, and maintain an approved company training manual
Establish management reports from the training database
Development and management of course curriculum to meet business needs
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs by conducting follow-up studies and recommending changes as required
Manage the training schedule
Ensure adequate facilities and personnel are available to conduct trainings
Responsible to purchase, secure, and maintain equipment assigned to the training needs
Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his / her specialization as assigned by the direct manager
Adhere to the company's approved system, policies, and procedures in performing his/her duties
 

Requirements:

A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a business management field. MBA highly preferred
Have received certificates or courses in HR, PMP, soft skills, and any managerial training courses is a plus
10 years of experience in previous level in MRO, Aviation field, or training field
Experience managing Part 145 maintenance training program, or any other related experience
Knowledge and familiarity of safety, operational, and compliance protocols
Knowledge and experience of learnings systems and Learning & Development reporting
Microsoft Office applications Knowledge
ERP system knowledge   
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Strong leadership & planning skills
Excellent command in English language
Able to prepare training programs
Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts as needed
