A leading industrial company is looking to hire "Human Resources Officer "

Duties & responsibilities
1. Advise employees on social security benefits and ensure they claim the benefits they are eligible for.
2. Making sure the right amount of income tax and social security deduction is being paid.
3. Responsible for accurate preparation and timely submitting of all social security and income tax official reports to the concerned government departments.
4. Able to communicate effectively in speech and writing
5. Analytical and good at solving problems
6. Able to think independently
7. Discreet in dealing with others and with confidential information
8. Keeping up-to-date on current social security and income tax legislation and regulations.
9. Perform and other duties assigned by the HR manager.
10 . Responsible for all expats employees ticketing process.

Desired Knowledge
1. Government social security and income tax regulations.
2. Experienced and familiar with the locations of related government offices.
3. Organized and Work well under pressure.
4. Able to get on well with a multi-cultural employee’s environment.
5. Good at dealing with complex information and issues.
6 . Very good English language skills.

Qualifications & Skills:
1- BA. Degree.
2- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience.
3- Excellent English.
4- Strong coordination skills.
5- Excellent MS office application skills.
