Job Description:
- Handle customers’ interactions.
- Communicate with customers via multiple channels.
- Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed.
Skills:
The minimum requirements for this position include:
- Candidate must be an English speaker (minimum level B2).
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening skills) in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work in alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs.
