A leading B2B E-commerce company is looking for Customer Success Officer, in Amman - Jordan:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- provide support to improve the customers interaction.
- Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and compiling reports for the company to determine which practices are most effective.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
1. Max 2 years of experience as customer care agent
2. Educational degree is a must
3. Good in speaking and wiring English
4. Very good skills in Microsoft office
5. High follow up skills
