Mozaic is hiring! a vacancy for a Quality Control Team Leader is now available.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality and provide support to the clients.
- Create test cases.
- Execute detailed testing for both mobile and web applications.
- Report testing results and bugs.
- Perform regression testing when the bugs are resolved.
- Receive and track client issues and log them.
- Follow up with clients after the issues are resolved.
- Manage the QA team
Requirements:
- BS degree in an IT-related field
- 4+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical skills
