Duties and Responsibilities:-
Managing Help Desk
First Line User Support
First Line Network Fault Diagnosis and Correction
IT Asset Management
Support all other IT activities as required.
Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Train end-users on how to set up and use new technologies.
Back up and restore an organization's data files and systems.
Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
Clean and repair computer hardware, such as keyboards and printers.
Provide remote IT help desk support over the phone or Web.
Minimum 1 year of experience
