Job Description
Receive and process calls from all customers, agents, and other external/internal parties.
Provide follow-up, occasional campaigns, and callbacks blended with normal inbound calls.
Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available (phone, e-mail…etc.)
Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
Provide proper information to customers with a complete and comprehensive understanding of Orange products and services.
Keep up-to-date with all the services and products provided
Job Requirements
Excellent (Fluent) command of written and spoken English
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Working Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) from 2:00 PM till 9:00 PM Jordan time
