We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to plan and oversee the organization’s Social Media Specialist marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
2. Managing advertising campaigns on social media and targeting methods.
3. Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
4. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
5. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
6. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
7. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
8. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
9. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as marketing officer and social media specialist.
2. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
3. Must have experience in social media campaigns and targeting strategy.
4. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Creativity and commercial awareness.
9. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
10. BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
