Sr. Lubricants Sales Consultant

Al Watanieh for Fuels – MOBIL Authorized Distributor seeks to hire experienced Sr. Lubricant Sales Consultant, his/her main duties and qualification are:

General Objectives of Job

To manage sales of the company’s lubricant and ancillary products or services; to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel; to identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings; to manage key interfaces between the customer, operations, customer service, and marketing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·       Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

·       Assists in preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing, referral development and other sales training.

·       Participate in development of overall sales strategy.

·       Work directly with key and large clients.

·       Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers

·       Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends

·       Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support, and guidance

·       Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics

·       Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.

·       Maintains sales and activity reports.

·       Optimize sales areas to ensure sales coverage, effective marketing program implementation in the targeted sectors and uncompromising customer care.

·       Ensure to have an effective control of the customer receivables, according to the objectives established

·       Responsible for product and brand integrity compliance at customer’s locations.

·       Adheres to all company policies, procedures , business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

·       Regular visits to the existing customers to give good services

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Main Qualifications

·       Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering,

·       At least 7 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the lubricants field,

·       A committed and driven Technical sales Professional, ideally from the Industrial Lubricants sector who approaches their work with energy, enthusiasm and smart thinking,

·       Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals,

·       Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills,

·       Strong and persuasive communication skills (written and oral),

·       Very Good computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

·       Very Good English Language (written and oral),
