Basic Function:
The Marketing Administrator is a member of the Marketing Department team. He /She is responsible for digital marketing, following up all online /digital campaigns, FINCA Jordan website, keeping the social media networks up-to-date, growing and reflecting the brand using best practices, with other administration duties at the department.
· Prepare monthly Facebook posts calendars
· Implement, Manage, and track performance of all social media campaigns.
· Manage social media sites.
· Reply on the customer requests and inquiries via social media sites.
· Coordinate all online marketing activities to generate leads.
· Responsible for content writing of all social media tools in cooperation with marketing manager.
· Promote social media within the organization.
· Provide feedback to the management.
· Assist with developing the annual marketing events plan taking into consideration distributing the events among all branches. Ensure proper feedback from branch management during development phase.
· Ensure that all marketing materials are in a consistent style and have the right branding standards.
· Customer service communication (Phone, Digital Marketing Channels)
· Cover the reception area when needed
· Required Skills:
· Digital Marketing (Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads)
Personal Specifications:
Education:
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
Experience:
· 1-2 years of experience in the same field (customers care, Digital Marketing & reporting)
Language:
· Excellent English language
Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:
· Preferable to have excellent knowledge in using design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Publisher)
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
