Revenue Manager
Key Accountabilities :
- Lead Billing and Revenue Management teams to achieve business objectives and goals in
line with company & group strategy by efficiently utilizing available resources and
technologies.
- Introduce department objectives and Technical roadmap for Revenue management (Billing,
I.N and VAS) that is consistent with Business objectives via determining projects, actions
and plans and resources mobilization to execute them considering strengths, weaknesses ,
opportunities and threats.
- Support different business units by delivering products/offers and services according to
marketing roadmap.
- Provide technical feasibility/time/cost for new services, products and offers and revenue
management automations.
- Provide Recommendations for solutions that is efficient , sustainable , and reliable with
respect to customer journey.
- Facilitate Go2MKT, Legal , Finance/revenue assurance testing for new
offers/products/services and providing needed KPIs for launched services and products
- Lead department projects delivery for new value added services and Revenue management
by putting plans, schedules for new projects, and follow up with internal teams and vendors
until realizing business acceptance.
- Introduce and maintain efficient operating model for Revenue management (Billing, IN
&VAS) in line with technology evolution that is sustainable and secure smooth business
continuity , and monitor and control operations by practical KPIs.
- Managing the relation with different suppliers & contracts and its technical negotiation for
revenue management services and support supplier selection and finalize contractual terms
as per enterprise processes.
- Define and validate technical architecture and dimensioning of revenue management
systems and platforms
- Motivating and developing members in the team and leading them for handling their
responsibilities and defining their targets, and to strengthen their job knowledge in
monitoring; diagnosing network, planning , analyzing and implement process flow
improvements.
- Prepare and managing department budget with optimized cost and ensuring spending provisioning and receiving according to department forecasted budget.
- Prepare reports and presentation for the higher management to facilitate their decision related to revenue management.
- Bring experience and new ideas to the team in order to push the team forward and enhance their competencies to be able to deliver high quality Services & solutions.
- Manage Quality assurance of the Revenue management systems to assure data accuracy and customer satisfaction as per Companies quality measures and processes.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor degree in computer science, Computer engineering or IT related fields.
- Total 8 Years of experience, 5 years in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position.
- Good Experience in Telecom related Systems.
