HR Director – Amman
A leading Group based in Amman is looking for an HR director who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strategic thinking: Ability to prepare and plan HR strategy and align it with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
Ability to translate strategic plans into SMART objectives.
Ability to oversee the implementation of HR plans and resolve emerging issues.
Ability to recommend and implement improvements on business practices.,
Excellent knowledge in HR best practices
Excellent interviewing skills
Ability to prepare HR budget
Excellent knowledge in Jordanian Labor Law
Excellent leadership and decision making skills.
Excellent relationship management skills and people skills
Strong Arabic and English languages skills
