Human Resources Assistant
الوصف الوظيفي
• To help in filling employees’ personal documents.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances and performance evaluations.
• Participating in following up zaatri staff HR department for any updates and needed tasks.
• Assist printing scanning, filing all documents related to department responsibilities.
• Follow up employee’s annual and sick leaves, and to make sure all supporting documents are submitted.
• Schedules Interviews by coordinating appointments any new posted vacancy.
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
• Assist in checking all staff timesheets on monthly bases.
• Assist in preparing official letters (employee certificate, experience letters, employee change status form, authorization of hiring. etc.) and any other documents requested from supervisor.
• Writing meeting minutes of general staff meetings.
• Preparing updated list of current employees, service contracts, interns. And any other type of contracts IRD may sign.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
