E-Commerce Sales Assistant
FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Acts as business liaison between E-commerce, marketing, logistics, finance and sales to ensure E-commerce and .com business growth for new and existing accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ONLY
- Answers questions about product, service, price, delivery, availability of product, etc
- Draft sales documentation, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Works closely with Marketing to perform online communications, direct marketing, and marketing research.
- Troubleshoots technical issues for company products or services.
- Identifies delays or problem areas, and suggests solutions for resolving issues.
- Communicate with staff from other areas in the company, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Management and updating of customer feedback on social media platforms in agreement with social agency.
SKILLS
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Good understanding of social media technologies.
- Good understanding of web product development and execution.
- Good understanding of digital mediums and ad execution.
- Analytical understanding of digital media plans.
Education and Experience
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in media, web or digital industry
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Brand Management or any related field.
